Please Note: You should not have Line and Wrinkle Relaxing Treatment until 1 week AFTER your COVID-19 vaccinations.
A Skin consultation is needed first. This is a prescription-only medication. The facial line and wrinkle relaxing treatment works by deactivating the muscles preventing them from forming the lines. Allowing your skin to recover so over time the wrinkles lessen, fade or disappear altogether.
Line and wrinkle relaxing treatments should only be administered by Medically Trained Staff. Dawn Muir credentials can be checked on the Nursing Midwifery Council register (NMC) PIN 99B0054E .
The most frequently treated areas are the Glabella (frown lines between the eyebrows), the forehead and the crow’s feet although other areas can be treated. Some areas of the lower face can also be treated
It starts working around day 2-5 you should start to see an improvement in your wrinkles and lines, Around day 14-21 which is when it will be at its best, you will be invited back for follow up consultation at the three-week point to ensure the desired results have been achieved.
Once treatment is completed we recommend not to exercise, avoid hot and cold for 24 hours post-treatment. We recommend not applying makeup straight after treatment and avoiding touching the injection points. The appointment time is 30 minutes including a full consultation.
Line and wrinkle relaxing treatment will not dramatically change your facial appearance or make you look totally expressionless. If a more frozen result is desired then you should discuss this with your practitioner.
