Procedure: Billing: For both no-shows and late cancellations, payment will be taken from the card used during online booking, or an invoice will be issued. Payment is due immediately upon receipt. Future Bookings: Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay in full or provide valid card details to secure future appointments. Reminders: We may send courtesy reminders via email, text, or phone. However, it is the client's responsibility to track and attend their scheduled appointments.
