No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Purpose: To ensure smooth scheduling and allow fair access to appointment times for all clients, we have implemented a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy. We value your time and business, and kindly ask for your cooperation with the policy outlined below. Policy Overview: No-Show: If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." In this case, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Late Cancellation: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are classified as “late cancellations.” These will also incur a charge equal to the full service fee. Procedure: Billing: For both no-shows and late cancellations, payment will be taken from the card used during online booking, or an invoice will be issued. Payment is due immediately upon receipt. Future Bookings: Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay in full or provide valid card details to secure future appointments. Reminders: We may send courtesy reminders via email, text, or phone. However, it is the client's responsibility to track and attend their scheduled appointments.
