Hello, I’m Kirsty, the founder of Aspire Wellness and creator of The Mind Reset Method I specialise in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and High-Impact Coaching ~ helping people move past stress, anxiety, and overwhelm so they can feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their lives My approach is practical, gentle, and focused on the future. I combine neuroscience, proven coaching tools, and the deeply restorative power of hypnotherapy to help clients create lasting change Having worked with many people juggling busy lives, I understand how easily pressure can build beneath the surface. My sessions offer a safe, supportive space to pause, reset, and build new patterns that bring balance, confidence, and resilience Outside of work, I’m a nature lover who enjoys long walks with my dog, wildflowers in bloom, and the simple things that bring peace and perspective to life

About Redmayne Lodge

Located within the Redmayne Lodge complimentary therapy centre, Yorkshire Floatation Centre operates two floatation rooms and an infrared sauna. Sessions are designed to help clients unwind with sensory deprivation and heat-based treatments, with the centre also offering the likes of colonic hydrotherapy, reflexology, Swedish massage and more.
