Restrictions: No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and to provide all clients with the best availability possible, we have implemented a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies outlined below. Policy: No-Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and does not provide any prior notification, the client will be considered a "no-show". In such cases, the client will be billed for the full amount of the service scheduled. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered “late cancellations.” Clients who make a late cancellation will be billed for the full amount of the service scheduled. Future Appointments: Clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pre-pay in full for future services or may be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold future bookings.
