Restore Balance • Reduce Stress • Reconnect with Your Inner Calm
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing therapy designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. During your 60-minute session, healing energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands and directed to areas of imbalance within the body and mind. This encourages harmony, clarity, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a traditional Japanese healing practice that works with the body’s energy system. It is based on the principle that when your life-force energy flows freely, the body and mind are better able to function, repair, and thrive.
Reiki is performed fully clothed, with light touch or with hands held just above the body. It is deeply relaxing and often feels warm, soothing, and calming.

Future Appointments: Clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pre-pay in full for future services or may be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold future bookings.
