Experience the restorative benefits of traditional acupuncture in a focused 45-minute treatment designed to support balance, healing, and overall wellbeing.
Acupuncture is a time-honoured therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It works by stimulating specific points on the body using ultra-fine, sterile needles to encourage the natural flow of energy (Qi), support the nervous system, and promote the body’s natural healing response.
Each session begins with a brief consultation to understand your health concerns, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Your practitioner will then tailor the treatment specifically to you, addressing both symptoms and underlying imbalances.
During the treatment, you will rest comfortably while the needles are left in place, allowing your body to deeply relax and rebalance. Many clients report a sense of calm, clarity, and renewal following their session.
No prior experience with acupuncture is required. Treatments are gentle, safe, and carried out by a qualified practitioner in a calm, professional setting.

Purpose:
To ensure efficient scheduling and to provide all clients with the best availability possible, we have implemented a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies outlined below.
Policy:
No-Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and does not provide any prior notification, the client will be considered a "no-show". In such cases, the client will be billed for the full amount of the service scheduled.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered “late cancellations.” Clients who make a late cancellation will be billed for the full amount of the service scheduled.
Procedure:
Billing: In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, payment will be taken from the online booking or an invoice will be sent to the client for the full amount of the service. This amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Future Appointments: Clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pre-pay in full for future services or may be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold future bookings.
Reminders: As a courtesy, we may send appointment reminders via email, SMS, or phone. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment dates and times to avoid no-shows and late cancellations.
