Colonic hydrotherapy, also known as colon cleansing or colonic irrigation, is a gentle wellness treatment designed to support the health and function of your digestive system. Using warm, filtered water, waste material and toxins are safely and comfortably flushed from the colon to help improve gut efficiency and overall wellbeing.
This treatment may help support:
Your session begins with a thorough consultation to review your health history, discuss concerns, and ensure you feel fully informed and comfortable. The treatment itself lasts approximately 40–60 minutes.
Warm, filtered water is gently introduced into the colon via a small, sterile tube with a speculum. This softens and loosens waste material, which is then naturally released through your body's own peristalsis. This cycle is repeated several times throughout the session to achieve an effective cleanse.
Your safety and comfort are paramount. I use FDA-approved / CE-certified equipment, and all consumables are single-use and disposed of after each session. You will be treated in a private, comfortable, and hygienic environment at all times.
I am a highly trained practitioner with additional nursing qualifications, ensuring you feel supported, safe, and at ease throughout the process. I will guide you step-by-step and answer any questions you may have.
Colonic hydrotherapy can complement your wellness routine but should not be considered a replacement for regular medical care or check-ups.
Feel lighter, clearer, and more energised with a colonic hydrotherapy session designed to support your body from the inside out.
