A deeply calming treatment designed to help you rest, restore, and gently rebalance.
This beautifully combined therapy blends the grounding benefits of reflexology with the soothing energy of Reiki to support both body and mind.
Reflexology uses targeted pressure on specific points of the feet that correspond to different areas of the body, helping to encourage balance and promote natural wellbeing. Reiki works through gentle, non-invasive energy techniques around the head and body to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deep relaxation.
Together, these therapies create a nurturing, restorative experience ideal for stress relief, emotional reset, and holistic support.
Your session begins with a 10-minute consultation and optional relaxing foot spa while your form is completed. You’ll then receive 30 minutes of reflexology followed by 20 minutes of Reiki to leave you feeling grounded, calm, and restored.
For added comfort, you may choose to include a heated eye mask for an even deeper sense of relaxation.

Future Appointments: Clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pre-pay in full for future services or may be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold future bookings.
