Please Note:
This service is suitable where the existing BIAB is in good condition. Significant lifting, multiple breakages, extensive regrowth, nail art, French tips, or product applied by another salon may require additional time, repair work, or a full BIAB removal and new set.

To help us provide the best possible service and appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our booking and cancellation policy.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, this will be treated as a no-show. In these circumstances, the full cost of the booked service will be charged.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are classed as a late cancellation. The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
Clients with a history of repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments or provide a valid payment card to secure future bookings.
We may send appointment reminders by email, SMS, or telephone as a courtesy. However, it remains the client's responsibility to attend their appointment at the scheduled date and time.
