No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

To help us provide the best possible service and appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our booking and cancellation policy.

No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, this will be treated as a no-show. In these circumstances, the full cost of the booked service will be charged.

Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are classed as a late cancellation. The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

Payment

• Where possible, payment will be taken from the card used to secure your online booking.
• If payment cannot be taken automatically, an invoice for the full amount will be issued and is payable immediately upon receipt.

Future Bookings

Clients with a history of repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments or provide a valid payment card to secure future bookings.

Appointment Reminders

We may send appointment reminders by email, SMS, or telephone as a courtesy. However, it remains the client's responsibility to attend their appointment at the scheduled date and time.
