I will explain how Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and High-Impact Coaching work, what you can expect in a session, and how the brain responds to stress, change, and positive focus.
You will also receive a bonus audio track to use at home to support your progress between sessions.
This session is dedicated to creating a clear plan together and setting meaningful goals for your future.

A focused session combining High-Impact Coaching and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, using The Mind Reset Method to help you create fast, effective, and lasting change.
